Training and Events
Delivered by kaiako across Aotearoa, our workshops support a wide range of audiences — from professionals and community organisations to parents, rangatahi, and educators. Each wānanga or workshop creates space for reciprocal learning, reflection, and connection, helping people understand how their decisions, interactions, and environments shape the developing brain.
Whānau
Brainwave partners with organisations that support parents, whānau, rangatahi, and young parents on their parenting journeys.
We help make the science of child development accessible, practical, and empowering for families. By sharing both western science and mātauranga Māori perspectives, we help build understanding in ways that are culturally grounded and relevant to the families that attend our sessions.
Professionals
When kaimahi and professionals are equipped with deeper understanding, the ripples of change extend beyond individual practice — influencing systems, policies, and outcomes for generations of tamariki.
Brainwave works alongside organisations who support tamariki and whānau every day. Our workshops are designed to strengthen the practice of kaimahi working across health, education, legal, social services, and in community settings.
