Child and whānau focused kaitiaki, professionals and policy advisors working in the education, health, social services and justice sectors.

Q: I have purchased a full price ticket already, what do I need to do?
A:
Your ticket has been transferred automatically to the Online Conference. We would like to offer you an additional ticket for a colleague/friend to attend in lieu of a refund. If you wish to receive an additional ticket, email us at events@brainwave.org.nz and let us know your details (the name of the delegate currently registered), the email address and name of your colleague/friend and we will register them.

Q: Refunds?
A: We would love for you to consider bringing a friend/colleague but we understand this is not always practical.  Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
